Training Videos

If you are new to HelpCounter, we recommend starting with the General Program Overview below. It provides a very good overview of what HelpCounter does and how to administer it. Then moving through the rest of the videos will have you up to speed on HelpCounter very quickly.

The videos move at a pretty fast pace, so please use the movie controller to go back and review any portions at any time. This controller will appear near the bottom of each video and you can use it to pause, go back a little bit, etc. Use the slider on the left side of the controller to instantly move to any part of the video. If you don't see this controller, your window just isn't big enough to to show it. Try expanding the window to full screen or scrolling down - it will be there.

Each video will open in a new window. Simply close its window when you are finished viewing it.
